This policy explains what personal information techpings.com ("Techpings", "we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. Techpings is a brand of Northarian Consulting LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, which is responsible for your information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Cookies and similar storage: we store your cookie choices in your browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you allow them. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use it
- To read and reply to your messages.
- To keep the site secure and working.
- If you allow analytics, to understand which content is useful.
- If you allow advertising cookies, to show ads (including personalised ads) once advertising is enabled.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal basis
We process contact-form information with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. Server logs are processed for our legitimate interest in running a secure website. Optional cookies rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
4. Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf:
- Hostinger — website hosting.
- Supabase — secure database that stores contact-form messages.
- Google — web fonts on every page; and, only if you allow it and once enabled, analytics and Google AdSense advertising.
Some providers may process data outside your country. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are kept for 24 months. Before that period ends we may email you once to ask whether you'd like us to keep your email address longer; if you don't agree, we delete it. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them for security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email northarianconsulting@gmail.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
7. Children
Techpings is a general-audience site. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before contacting us. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption. Contact messages are stored in a database that the public website can only add to, never read. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Links to other sites
We link to tools, YouTube and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
